Who We Are

Restoration Missionary Baptist Church (RMBC) is a Christ-centered, Bible-believing congregation located in Fayetteville, North Carolina. For the past 19 years, we have stood firmly on the unshakable truth of God’s Word—the Holy Bible—as our sole authority for faith, doctrine, and practice. We are committed to living out the Great Commission, restoring the believer, and reaching the world for Christ through the power of the Gospel.

We are a fast-growing ministry with growth in all areas of ministry—from seniors to young adults to youth—covering the whole body of Christ and nurturing the spirit, soul, and body of believers. Our growth is not only in numbers but also in spiritual depth, discipleship, and community impact.

The Truth We Stand Upon

At RMBC, our foundation is Biblical truth. We believe in the inerrancy, infallibility, and divine inspiration of the Scriptures. Our guiding conviction is found in John 8:32: “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” It is upon this truth that we teach, preach, and serve.

Our Establishment

Founded 19 years ago in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Rev. Perry B. Irby, Pastor Emeritus, and Lady Emeritus Jacqueline Irby, the visionary founders of RMBC, established and nurtured a community centered on worship, restoration, and spiritual growth. Through their prayerful leadership and unwavering commitment, they built a welcoming space for faithful servants to gather and grow in their faith.

Our Services

We gather weekly for worship and fellowship, offering opportunities for all ages to encounter God’s presence, deepen their faith, and serve in ministry.

Our Ministries

At RMBC, ministry is the heartbeat of our church. We believe in serving the whole person—spirit, soul, and body—through opportunities that foster discipleship, fellowship, worship, outreach, and care. From children to seniors, from worship and music to outreach and prayer, our ministries are designed to strengthen believers, meet community needs, and glorify Christ.

Their passion for ministry, heart for people, and commitment to spiritual excellence bring new energy and direction to our church family. Together, they inspire us to grow deeper in faith, strengthen our community, and reach new heights in our walk with Christ. As we look toward the future, we celebrate this new chapter of purpose, unity, and divine leadership guiding RMBC forward.

Our mission is to restore humanity to God by offering salvation through Christ, restore the inner being through fellowship and relevant ministry, and restore the church-community connection through meaningful outreach and evangelism.
