

The Pastor
Role: Serves as Chief Under Shepherd and Overseer of the ministerial body.
Function: Provides spiritual vision, doctrinal guidance, and pastoral covering.
Responsibility: Ensures alignment of all clergy with the mission of RMBC: “Restoring the believer to reach the world for Christ.”
The Pastor holds the highest office of spiritual authority within RMBC, appointed by God and affirmed by the church body. As the Chief Under Shepherd, the Pastor is charged with preaching and teaching the Word of God, administering the ordinances, and casting the vision that guides the entire ministerial body. This office carries the responsibility of maintaining doctrinal purity, nurturing the spiritual health of the congregation, and providing direct mentorship to ordained clergy, licensed ministers, and ministers in training. The Pastor also serves as the primary point of accountability before God and the congregation for the spiritual effectiveness and integrity of all clergy serving under this alliance.
