As the church continues to grow and expand in service to God’s Kingdom, additional ministries will be prayerfully established and added. Each new ministry will be formed in alignment with the mission of RMBC, grounded in Scripture, and submitted under the covering of the Senior Pastor. This ensures that every expression of service—current and future—functions in unity, strengthens the body of Christ, and glorifies the Lord.
The Future Growth Ministry at RMBC reflects the church’s commitment to respond faithfully to the evolving needs of its members, community, and the larger Kingdom of God. As the Lord expands our fellowship, new ministries will be prayerfully discerned, developed, and launched under the spiritual covering of the Senior Pastor. Each ministry will be anchored in biblical principles, designed to meet both spiritual and practical needs, and aligned with RMBC’s mission of “Restoring the believer to reach the world for Christ.”
This process ensures that ministry development remains orderly and Spirit-led. Every new ministry will undergo careful planning, accountability, and oversight to guarantee that it operates in harmony with existing structures and upholds the unity of the body (1 Corinthians 12:4–7). As growth continues, the Office of Ministry will provide the administrative framework, and the Office of Clergy Ministerial Alliance will provide spiritual guidance, ensuring that all ministries—present and future—contribute meaningfully to discipleship, evangelism, and service.
The vision for future growth is not merely organizational, but Kingdom-centered: every new ministry is to be a vessel for advancing the Gospel, meeting the needs of God’s people, and glorifying Christ. Through prayer, discernment, and faithful stewardship, RMBC remains prepared to embrace growth as a divine opportunity to expand its witness, strengthen families, and impact generations to come.
