Full Long Description:
Licensed Ministers are individuals who have been examined, affirmed, and publicly recognized by RMBC as having the call of God to proclaim the Gospel. While not yet ordained, these ministers serve actively in preaching, teaching, evangelism, and assisting in worship services under the direct supervision of the Senior Pastor. Their licensing acknowledges both their gifting and their responsibility to grow in character, biblical knowledge, and ministerial skill. They are expected to participate faithfully in training programs, serve with humility, and submit to mentorship from ordained clergy. Licensed Ministers are also tasked with leading prayer services, teaching Bible study, and stepping into pulpit assignments as needed, always demonstrating readiness and accountability.
